Level 1 Online
A practical foundation of approximately 50 hours. Start online, learn at your pace and build the skills to create joyful, safe and purposeful yoga experiences for children, families and groups.

Full Journey: Levels 1 + 2
The connected pathway for people who already know they want the complete Rainbow Yoga journey. It combines the Level 1 foundation with deeper study, practice and professional growth through Level 2.
What happens after payment?
You receive your enrolment confirmation and the current access instructions by email. Each product page shows the training-specific format, current investment and completion information. If any detail is unclear, contact us before paying. We would rather answer honestly than leave you guessing.
