Make room for study and practice
The course hours describe the learning commitment, not a fixed number of calendar weeks. For a 50-hour course, four hours a week is roughly 13 weeks; two hours a week is roughly 25 weeks. These are planning examples, so leave room to practise, reflect and complete the course requirements.
For example, take a familiar animal pose and invite children to choose how their animal moves. Add a cooperative game, then a quiet moment to notice the breath. Reflect on who joined in, who preferred to watch and how you could offer more choice next time.

Know what your certificate means
Your Rainbow Yoga certificate follows successful completion of the published requirements for your course. Professional registration, workplace requirements and insurance are separate questions. If you need a particular credential, check that pathway before enrolling.
Understand kids yoga certification and recognition
Level 1 Online assessment: complete all lessons and their prompts, answer all 30 exam questions correctly, and submit a themed teaching video with at least two children, your class plan and playlist. The video is approximately 10 minutes and no longer than 20 minutes. Course feedback is also part of completion.
Level 2 Online assessment: complete the lesson prompts and quizzes, submit the required class plans and practice or teaching videos, and give peer feedback where instructed. The team reviews your work and teaching progress before certification.
