CREAMY OVERNIGHT OATS

Super easy, mix everything together and place in your serving jar, keep snug in the fridge overnight and this healthy treat will be ready in the morning

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plant-based milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup frozen raspberries and blueberries
Loads of Love

Add fresh berries and coconut yoghurt on top, sprinkle with hemp seeds for your omega 3, omega 6, zinc and iron.

This serves one, so increase quantity as desired.
