3 façons d'aider les enfants à comprendre la relaxation


Ce n'est pas facile d'expliquer aux enfants ce qu'est la relaxation … peut-être parce que nous ne le faisons pas assez souvent ou parce que nos modèles d'adultes sont de véritables boules anti-stress.


Voici quelques façons simples de vraiment ressentir la différence entre simplement s'allonger et enfin détendre votre corps pour de vrai. Apprécier!

1. Test des spaghettis

Avez-vous déjà vu des spaghettis non cuits ? Il est très rigide et inflexible. Mais que se passe-t-il si vous le faites cuire ? C'est vrai, il devient doux et flexible. Si vous le soulevez, il se déplacera dans n'importe quelle direction. Et c'est ce que vous voulez que vos jambes et vos bras puissent faire lorsque vous vous détendez.

Divisez les enfants en groupes de deux et demandez à un partenaire d'être comme un spaghetti cuit tandis que les autres seront les chefs italiens qui vérifieront si les spaghettis sont cuits. Le chef lèvera un bras ou une jambe spaghetti à la fois et vérifiera très doucement si les pâtes sont «molles» en les remuant un peu et même en les laissant tomber; tout pour voir si les spaghettis sont vraiment détendus et ne résistent pas.

Le partenaire de spaghetti doit simplement faire semblant de dormir et ne pas aider le chef à lever les bras ou les jambes ni résister. Lorsqu'ils sont sûrs que les spaghettis sont prêts, ils peuvent échanger les rôles.

2. Limonade

Lorsque nous tendons nos muscles juste avant de nous détendre, cela enseigne au corps la différence entre tension et relaxation , et cela nous aide à nous détendre plus profondément.

Juste avant de vous allonger et de vous détendre, vous pouvez préparer et boire une limonade imaginaire. Asseyez-vous en serrant vos genoux contre votre poitrine et en vous balançant sur vos fesses. Maintenant, pressez le citron très fort, en faisant un visage super aigre. Pressez votre corps dans le plus petit citron de tous les temps, puis laissez le citron éclater alors que vos mains et vos jambes volent sur le côté et que vous roulez pour vous allonger sur le dos. Répétez plusieurs fois.

3. Serrez et détendez-vous

    Inspirez profondément et serrez tous les muscles de votre corps ; vos jambes, vos mains, vos fesses, vos épaules, votre visage… Maintenant, expirez et détendez tous les muscles de votre corps et laissez-les retomber sur le tapis de yoga. Répétez cet exercice deux ou trois fois.

    Vous pouvez également pratiquer cela en tendant et en relâchant une seule partie du corps à la fois. Par exemple, tendez un bras, serrez le poing avec vos doigts, étirez vos doigts et relâchez. Répétez avec toutes les parties du corps .
