Rainbow Yoga is committed to providing the best children’s yoga teacher trainings worldwide!

Rainbow Yoga Training is the largest and most well regarded Kids Yoga Teacher Training in the world. Our graduates teach everywhere using our diploma including; schools, kindergartens, daycare centres, early learning centres, Yoga studios, gyms, fitness centres, birthday parties, private and group classes.

Upon successful completion of this course, you receive a Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. This certificate allows you to gain liability insurance (Please check conditions with your local insurance provider) and commence teaching! No Yoga Alliance registration is necessary.

Rainbow Kids Yoga is a Registered Yoga School for Children with Yoga Australia, the Canadian Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance (USA).

The 3 day in-person and the 4 day livestream Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training consists of 28 contact hours that can be contributed to your Yoga Continuing Education requirements. The Rainbow Kids Yoga Online Teacher Training consists of 50 hours that can be applied to your Yoga Continuing Education credits.

28 or 50 Hours of Continuing Education Towards Your Yoga Certification (AU/ UK/ USA/ CANADA)

If you are a certified yoga teacher with the Australian, USA or Canadian Yoga Alliances, the 3 Day Kids Yoga Teacher Training consists of 28 contact hours that can be contributed to your Yoga Continuing Education requirements. The online trainings consists of 50 hours.

Pathway to our Advance Courses & Yoga Alliance Registration

A qualification from our Level 1 Kids Yoga Teacher Training will enable you to progress your yoga teaching skills through more advanced Rainbow Yoga courses such as our Level 2 Trainings and our Mentorship Program.

On completion of the Level 1, Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training you receive a Rainbow Kids Yoga Certificate that allows you to purchase professional insurance and teach children of all ages in a variety of environments such as schools, kindergartens, daycare centres, gyms, yoga studios, private classes, Zoom classes and more.

But there is a lot more to learn with us to work with children with additional needs, children in the school environment and acquire tools and find inner talents that will make you the best kids yoga teacher in the universe! For this and more, we have our Level 2, 95hr Kids Yoga teacher training!

Those will also enable you to collect enough hours to register as a RCYT with the USA Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia.

I took Rainbow Yoga Training in Bethesda, MD many years ago and decided to enroll in Additional Needs since I have started 2 programs with Yoga with people with different abilities at different places I've worked. i believe all children deserve the ability to express themselves physically and have fun with others -- this class provides the building blocks to enrich children's lives at different levels and open up skillsets they may not have realized they had --- it's basically for everyone , since soooo many different peoples have differing ability levels, and allows you to adapt your teaching to many different kinds of people, of all ages and ability levels.

I loved training with Rainbow Yoga! I feel the quality of training was brilliant and easy to get through. There font of knowledge, wisdom and experience in this course is endless! So many fantastic, imaginative, fun ideas and resources to confidently go into the world of Children's Yoga. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that It wasn't made entirely clear to me at the beginning that i needed to comment on each page, so i had to go back and do them all after i completed the course. This was a little tedious and took me a lot loner that it should have but in the long run, made me into a better teacher. Thank you Rainbow Yoga! The support was great and can't wait to do a training in person!

Three days were not enough! Learning from fellow teachers and yoga practitioners was an amazing experience. A huge thanks to our trainer, Teacher Bo, and ambassador, Teacher Tanya, who shared their wonderful insights on Rainbow Kids. They taught us how to bring the program to all age groups and all types of learners.

Getting to do the training in person was so insightful—it allowed us to put theory into practice and ask questions as they came up. The community we formed is absolutely wonderful, and I'm excited for all of us to collaborate on this advocacy for play, child-led learning, and movement!
