the training was very informative easy to follow and lot of good information. I liked that it was very inspiring and I feel ready to teach after the course. I also liked how it was set up and after every little class we had quiz and discussion so you could really work through the information. This made me feel that I was at a live training. Also there were many great creative ideas and games for different age groups . I liked that the principal was easy do put the class together.
I feel very ready and inspired to teach yoga for children. I would 💯 recommend the training.

I took Rainbow Yoga Training in Bethesda, MD many years ago and decided to enroll in Additional Needs since I have started 2 programs with Yoga with people with different abilities at different places I've worked. i believe all children deserve the ability to express themselves physically and have fun with others -- this class provides the building blocks to enrich children's lives at different levels and open up skillsets they may not have realized they had --- it's basically for everyone , since soooo many different peoples have differing ability levels, and allows you to adapt your teaching to many different kinds of people, of all ages and ability levels.

Three days were not enough! Learning from fellow teachers and yoga practitioners was an amazing experience. A huge thanks to our trainer, Teacher Bo, and ambassador, Teacher Tanya, who shared their wonderful insights on Rainbow Kids. They taught us how to bring the program to all age groups and all types of learners.

Getting to do the training in person was so insightful—it allowed us to put theory into practice and ask questions as they came up. The community we formed is absolutely wonderful, and I'm excited for all of us to collaborate on this advocacy for play, child-led learning, and movement!

I never thought that yoga for kids would be so fun and fulfilling at the same time. I’m so excited to bring everything i have learned to the classroom! I was curious about the concept of kids yoga, and throughout the course, I truly enjoyed learning about it through so many fun examples and explanations. Every time I watched a video, I couldn’t wait to try it out with children myself. I also realized that yoga is not a serious or rigid form of exercise, but something joyful and fun, which made this experience even more meaningful for me. Thank you for your wonderful teaching and sharing experiences. I will definitely recommend Rainbow Kids Yoga to my friends!

This is a great resource and has helped with running family yoga sessions. I’ve used the fruit and vegetable yoga pose pictures in one of the sessions and the children and parents chose a fruit or vegetable pose for the group.
