Experiential
You learn activities by experiencing them, then consider how to adapt them for real groups.
Over 30 years of method-building
Rainbow Yoga, founded in 2007, has trained over 40,000 Kids Yoga teachers around the world, helping caring adults create spaces where children can move, play, belong, find calm, build courage, imagine and connect.

Created and led by Gopala Amir Yaffa
Gopala created the Rainbow Yoga method and leads the current online trainings, books, cards and teaching resources. Anatomy and Physiology is led by Dharak, while named local trainers lead their current in-person events.
The method grew through years of teaching children and families, then became Rainbow Yoga in 2007: experiential learning through movement, play, partner work, group connection, imagination, breath and calm.
What Rainbow Yoga feels like
The movement looks joyful because the learning is social, embodied and human. People do not just collect activities; they practise becoming the kind of adult children can trust.

What makes the method distinctive
You learn activities by experiencing them, then consider how to adapt them for real groups.
Games and imagination are practical ways to invite attention, courage and participation.
Cooperation, belonging and human connection sit alongside individual movement and calm.
The aim is not an ideal body or performance. Teachers learn to offer choices and reduce barriers.
Graduates adapt the approach for homes, schools, studios and community spaces within their professional scope.
Questions and genuine payment barriers can be discussed with a person rather than hidden behind a sales funnel.
The mission in practice
Rainbow Yoga invites adults to take meaningful responsibility without fear, guilt or exaggerated promises.
