Didn't receive the book

Good afternoon,

unfortunately I didn't receive the book. I'm worried it got delivered when I was on holidays. I also didn't get a notification only a note from our postal office that I have to pay delivery costs until the first of august. This got send via a letter and not via email and it wasn't clear who the sender was. I was on holiday during that day. Can you please help me on that matter?
