Chocolate Mousse Pots (Vegan)


4 ripe Avocados 

1/3 cup raw coconut nectar ½ cup raw cacao powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of salt 


In the bowl of a high speed blender or food  processor, blend avocado till smooth. Add all other ingredients, blend until mix ture is creamy. 

Chill in fridge until ready to serve. You can top the mousse with strawberries,  coconut or chopped almonds.
