Current Beijing training

The September 2026 Level 1 training is a 28-hour, three-day immersion in kids yoga, mindfulness, games, stories, partner work, safe touch, class design and joyful group leadership. Standard tuition is ¥5,880 RMB. Registration and payment are handled by the Beijing partner through WeChat.

Who it is for

Yoga teachers, educators, parents, therapists, healthcare professionals, youth workers and thoughtful beginners are welcome. You do not need a yoga teaching certificate, unusual flexibility or advanced poses. You do need curiosity, care and a willingness to learn through movement and participation.

• Practical games, breathing, stories, relaxation and class structures.
• Ways to teach children, teens and families with more confidence and inclusion.
• Experience with partner yoga, cooperation, boundaries and safe group leadership.
