She is the creator of her own Youth Yoga affirmation cards, Reiki Practioner, Co-Author of a book all about inspiring entrepreneurs to push through and live their dreams and a Psychology/Sociology graduate.

 She is based in Auckland, New Zealand and is always pushing the limits to what she can bring to her classes as well as connecting and teaching in more challenging communities, to bring the joy and wisdom of Yoga to their lives.   Her philosophy is to keep showing up, even when it is tough and there are challenges, keep showing up and shine that beautiful light you were born with.
