Which kids yoga certification should I start with?

Level 1 is the best starting point for most students. It gives you practical foundations for teaching kids yoga, family yoga and mindfulness to children in studios, schools and community settings.

Do these courses help with yoga for tweens and teens?

Yes. Rainbow Yoga trainings include age-aware tools for children, tweens and teens, including movement, partner yoga, breathing practices, relaxation and emotional wellbeing activities.
