In-person Rainbow Yoga training is immersive, practical and highly participatory. You will experience the games, partner work, breath, stories, relaxation and group processes as a learner, then explore how to teach them safely and inclusively.

You can begin Level 1 Online immediately and learn at your own pace. The online pathway is practical, flexible and designed for educators, yoga teachers, parents, therapists, youth workers and beginners.
