Yoga - The Cure-All
Yoga is more than yoga poses, and in its holistic approach towards the human, it beautifully cares for our bodies, minds and hearts. Through movement, breathing, mindfulness, playfulness, creativity, sharing and connecting by connecting to ourselves and each other more deeply we can teach young people to ground and centre themselves and find new balance and peace within themselves.

In this 5-hour workshop (in 2 parts) we focus on sharing specific techniques for specific challenges young people experience.
