Creamy Overnight Oats

Super easy, mix everything together and place in your serving jar, keep snug in the fridge overnight and this healthy treat will be ready in the morning

Add fresh berries and coconut yoghurt on top, sprinkle with hemp seeds for your omega 3, omega 6, zinc and iron.

This serves one, so increase quantity as desired.

1/2 cup rolled oats 

1/2 cup plant based milk 

 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries Toppings 

 1/4 cup fresh berries 

1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt  1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds 

1/2 teaspoon maple syrup 


Find yourself an old funky glass jar around  16-ounce 

In a small bowl combine oats, milk, syrup,  vanilla and mix thoroughly 

Fold through berries 

Cover and place in the fridge for the night 

Remove from fridge in the morning and top  with your favorite superfoods
