Three immersive days of movement, games, stories, partner yoga, breath, relaxation, class design and teaching practice. You will not sit politely while information floats past. You will participate, adapt, teach, reflect and leave with tools you can use with real children.

Who joins Rainbow Yoga?

Teachers, parents, carers, yoga teachers, therapists working within their scope, community workers and thoughtful beginners. You do not need advanced poses. The essential ingredients are care, curiosity and a willingness to learn through experience.
